Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on the poko platform, you must be a resident of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and your own. Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Sharing your password with anyone or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly forbidden.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Deposits and withdrawals on poko must be made using approved payment methods in Bangladesh. Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed; however, successful withdrawal requests are processed within the specified timeframe. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals can be made. poko reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account in cases of suspicious transactions or fraud. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Betting Rules & Results
All bets must be placed in accordance with the specified rules and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the outcome of the related bet will be determined in accordance with poko's policies. If a technical error occurs in match management, poko reserves the right to void or re-evaluate bets as necessary. If unusual betting patterns or evidence of manipulation are found, winnings may be forfeited. In all cases, poko's final decision shall be considered binding.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Accepting any bonus or promotional offer from poko is subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with it. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account suspension. Bonuses are valid within a specified time period; expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled. poko reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
